教学与科研简介

先后承担了本科生的《无机材料科学基础》、《结晶学基础》、《复合材料工艺学》、《复合材料学》和研究生的《复合材料表面与界面》、《复合材料进展》和《材料物理化学》(博士生课)等课程的教学工作,主编了《无机材料科学基础》,参编了《材料科学基础考研试题汇编》 。指导本科生大创省级/校级项目20余项、指导的学生获全国大学生“挑战杯”三等奖;指导硕士、博士研究生50余名,获省级/校级优秀毕业论文多篇。

主要从事光电功能材料、激光防护与隐身材料、新型复合材料和功能陶瓷材料等研究工作。近几年来作为项目负责人承担了军工973项目、国防基础研究项目、军品配套项目、总装预研项目、江苏省高技术项目、江苏省重点基金项目、江苏省青年科技基金项目、广东省战略性新兴产业重大攻关项目、国家重点实验室项目、教育部优秀青年骨干教师基金项目、江苏省“333工程”培养对象科研资助项目等二十多项。在 Chemical Engineering Journal、ACS applied materials & interfaces、Nanoscale、Carbon、Journal of Alloys and Compounds、Journal of Rare Earths、材料科学与工艺、材料科学与工程学报、过程工程学报、光学技术、中国稀土学报等国内外学术刊物上发表论文300多篇,已授权发明专利30多项。

先后被评为江苏省优秀青年骨干教师、江苏省“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人、江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”中青年科学技术带头人等。曾先后获得了航空航天部科技二等奖、中国石油和化学工业联合会技术发明一等奖和技术发明三等奖、国防科技进步三等奖;以及江苏省普通高校优秀课程一等奖、江苏省普通高校优秀课程二等奖、江苏省优秀教学成果二等奖、南京化工大学优秀教学成果二等奖、欧洲杯线上买球优秀课程一等奖、欧洲杯线上买球第十届十佳师德、校优秀共产党员、校优秀研究生导师等。
